What age groups do you offer classes for?
We offer classes for ages 3 and up, including Toddler (3-4), Children (5-12), Teen (13-17), Adult (18+), and Family (all ages). We also offer Birthday Parties and Private Lessons.
Do I need any prior experience to join?
No prior experience is required! We welcome beginners as well as experienced martial artists looking to refine their skills.
What should I bring to my first class?
Comfortable athletic wear is fine for your first class. If you decide to continue, we'll guide you on getting a uniform and gear.
How often should I train to see progress?
We recommend attending at least two classes per week for steady improvement, but you can train more frequently based on your goals.
What makes Prime Taekwondo different from other schools?
Our philosophy is to benefit all mankind through the art of Taekwondo. We focus on individual attention, ensuring each student is taught with care and patience at their own level. We also offer unique programs like Family Taekwondo and Private Lessons for students who need extra support.
Do you offer birthday parties?
Yes! We offer amazing and unforgettable birthday parties. Your child and up to 15 friends can enjoy a fun party involving Taekwondo training, fun games, physical activities, and even board breaking.
Do you offer private lessons?
Yes! We offer private lessons for students who may need individualized attention, including children with disabilities, ADHD, or those training for competition. Private lessons have the same effect as 3-4 regular classes.
